This versatile piece is the perfect addition to your fetish or regular wardrobe. A peplum is a great way to add a dramatic and flattering sillouette to any outfit. Easy to wear, this skirt slides right one with a 1'' waistband and flows away from the hips then tapers into the center. Shown in pearlsheen blue and available in any color.
