From out new collection, Countess Noir, this top is exotic and feminine, featuring a cute, cropped silhouette with a sweetheart neckline and off the shoulder puff sleeves, finished with a 1/2 ruffle around the top. Laces in the back for closure, but snaps are also available as an option. Shown in white, available in any color

For in-stock colors, please allow 4-8 weeks for construction and delivery. For custom designs and color/texture requests, please allow an additional two to three weeks.
