Our best-selling Valentine bottoms, now available with garters so they can be worn with your favorite thigh highs. These bottoms are also part of our newly updated version of the Valentine "Complete Look" outfit.The high-waisted style is form-fitting and sexy and two layers of ruffles trim the hips for some sassy edge. The back reveals a heart in transparent latex for a smooth finish and a sexy tease! Shown in red and trans.

All items are made to order in our NYC-based design studio by the head designer, Kayla Lael, and a small team of assistant designers. For in-stock colors, please allow 4-8 weeks for construction and delivery. For custom designs and color/texture requests, please allow an additional two to three weeks.
